Pumping Services
Dual
Skid Unit
Weafri
Skid Unit features two Western RR-500 triplex pumps. The skid unit is compact
and very suitable for offshore cementing, and control and other pumping
operations. One pump has a 4 ½” plunger size while the other has a 3 ½”
size plunger for high pressure and rate injection of fluids. The unit is
designed to resist attacks from acids, brine and oil based fluids. It also
features integral centrifugal pumps and utilize direct mechanical and air
control throughout. By employing a variety of fluid ends, the unit can achieve
pump pressures up to 10000psi (working), 15000psi (tested) for fluid rates of 8
– 10bpm.
Slurry
Master
The twin
pump cementing unit features two-deck engines equipped with 2 RR-500 triplex
pumps (4 ½” and 3 ½” plunger size) powered by diesel power packs. Each
Slurry Master unit has a recirculating cement mixer and a ground type jet-mixer.
Both could be fitted with a variety of fluid ends to cover a wide range of pump
pressures (10,000psi working, 15000psi test) with fluid rates of 8 to 10bpm. The
recirculating device ensures a homogeneous fluid batch even at high pressures.
Slurry densities as high as 23ppg can be achieved. Unit is also equipped with a
20bbl two-compartment inventory or displacement tank with 1 barrel incremental
markings. Mounted on the rear end is a 6bbl mix tub.
The high/low pressure piping provides checks on friction losses and
facilitates post-job clean up. Slurry Master units are truck mounted cementing
pumps suitable for land cementing operations
HT – 400 Pump
Developed
by Halliburton, this unit features twin triplex pumps (as decked engines). Each
pump is rated for 4” plunger and 8” stroke. With a variety of fluid ends,
each pump can operate over a wide range of pressures (up to 10000psi) and is
tested to 15000psi. Each pump is capable of fluid rates of up to 8.6bpm. High
and low pressure piping enhances friction reduction and quick post-job clean up.
The mounting of the pumps also makes normal routine maintenance easier and
relatively faster.
