NITROGEN SERVICES

Weafri Nitrogen services feature some high pressure/high rate nitrogen triplex pumps, sets of cryogenic tanks, transportation and other accessories forming a complete package. Applications include oil well lifting, well stimulation operations, tubing cleaning, pipeline freezing, pressure testing, leak detection and purging.  

Nitrogen Pump Unit

Weafri Nitrogen pump unit delivers the high pressure and high rate Nitrogen demanded in pumping service operation. The unit is fitted with Twin Triplex pumps that utilize three cryogenic ends each. Nitrogen pump capacities in the following ranges 90,000 scf/hr, 180,000scf/hr and 240,000 scf/hr are available and can be furnished. The pumping and converting system is rated at 15,000 psi.

Nitrogen Tanks

Weafri has a set of Nitrogen tanks varying from 2000 – 5000 gals liquid Nitrogen capacity.  The units are all fitted with cryogenic centrifugal boost pumps.  All functions of the unit can be operated from one platform which is accessible from both sides.
